With this console utility you can send messages over your network on Windows 9x, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Using it is similarly to the command net send from Windows NT or Windows 2000, but it works on Windows 9x and has advanced capability, such as sending messages to several comma separated users, domains, groups.
