Audio2VCD 3.1.0 is very easy to use. Just add the files you want to convert to the list, select the format settings you want to use, and then click the convert button. The most popular audio formats MP3, WAV, OGG and WMA are supported as input.
Audio2VCD 3.1.0 also supports playback with its built-in player.
