| Pros: | I first tried the software because I have another of their product, photodvd, which I really liked. For me whos really dumb with computer, CopytoDVD was a godsent ! it is so easy to use, I managed to burn audio CDs for my car stereo that doesnt play MP3, all you have to do is insert a CD or DVD in the burner and right-click on the mouse and it burrrnnnns !

| Pros: | Excellent and easy to use. Needs to link to home to initially start but works well on confirmed conversions for Ipod, Arcos, PDAs, cells and lapTs BUT!!!!
| | Cons: | You have to pay for upgrades and fixes. Purchased new at 4.7.1 and now at 5.0 , 3 months later and the upgrades for little enhansements and discounts will cost an additional $36 bucks after tagging on the DL protections. The software is just $10 cheaper than buying it new (AGAIN). NOT GOOD. Not good at all! |

| Pros: | The software does what it says on the packet.. simple to use and manipulate. I converted / cliped and edited a.mov to mp4 very easily, BUT !! my key point was on the quick customer service responce that I recieved from Movavi which was excellent. I helped write a guide for excellent first line technical support for a major multi billion pound blue chip UK corporate so hopfully I should understand about Cust Sat !
