| Pros: | I bought a DVD from Amazon that was not balanced correctly and vibrated badly in my DVD player. Rather than go through the hassle of trying to return it, I burned a new one with the AVS DVD Copy. It worked beautifully! Im beginning to think this is one of the best buys Ive ever made from an Internet vendor.

| | Cons: | If you upgrade your PC or old one dies your lifetime license goes away. They automatically assume you are a thief using your key on more than one PC. They will not respond to emails. They will ignore you totally. Bought a Lifetime end of April 07 - machine crashed in May. My lifetime license lasted 4 weeks. Bought a new PC and was denied what I paid for to this day. Dont ever upgrade your machine or you will lose your money. Bad company to deal with absolutely no professionalism. |
